You must have a goal.

You can choose Blogger.com to create a blog. If you can see the top corner of this blog, there is a little box "Create a Blog". CLick that box and start creating your own blog.

STEP 4

You must sign up for a Google Account.

This is also important because Google is the one who will give you money.
